Magical Greetings! My name is Jen and I live in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. My love for traveling to the parks started on a trip to Walt Disney World when I was young. We went with my Godparents and I vividly remember my Godfather teaching me about the windows on Main Street and the significance of the names on each window. On that same trip I took a backstage tour and learned all about how the magic is created and how the different entertainment groups are staged and created. Ever since, I long to visit the parks and love planning our trips, especially now with our two young children. We plan our Disney trips as often as we can and each trip is just as magical as the last.
I have also participated in multiple RunDisney events. Running is easy when you are running through the most magical place on Earth!
A little more about me…
My favorite Disney resort: I have a favorite in each category but if I had to choose one it would be Art of Animation. It exemplifies my love for animation and a long time dream to be a Disney animator.
My favorite Disney attraction: The Haunted Mansion! (Coming in at a close second is Tower of Terror and Rise of the Resistance)
My favorite Disney restaurant: I have many but the newest on my list is Sanaa (Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge)
My favorite Disney vacation to date: Not sure I can choose just one but the latest one in December of 2019 was extra special. I am also a HUGE Star Wars fan and visiting Galaxy’s Edge was absolutely amazing. I had an awesome time and loved experiencing it with my family. We also were there for the Rise of the Resistance opening. We didn’t make it on the first day but when we finally got on (after some long break downs and delays) it was worth the wait. It was absolutely incredible.
I truly enjoy planning magical vacations for others and take great pride in making sure every aspect of your vacation is perfect in every way. I’m an independent contractor with an amazing company The Magic for Less Travel. They are a wonderful company and by working with them, I can help you with your touring plans, tips and other ideas all while staying within your budget. My goal is to ensure you have the most amazing experience! The memories that are made on these vacations will last a lifetime!

Hi all, I’m so excited to introduce myself to you all! My name is Gretchen Krugler I am from Joliet, IL which is about 40 minutes south of Chicago. I am an Independent Consultant with The Magic For Less Travel. I am a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate and Certified Universal Specialist. I also am an Assistant Vice President in Retail Banking for a small Community Bank in Joliet. I love what I do and am extremely excited to plan vacations also. I have been married to my husband Frank for 10 years, our family is completed by my three step- children Cheryl (23), Frank Jr. (22), Nick (18) and our son Alex (8).
I have always had a passion for vacations, as a kid it was my parent’s mission to take us somewhere every summer as a family. Some of my best memories as a child was our trips to Disney World. In 2016 we took Cheryl and Alex to Disney for the very first time, seeing their experiences for the first time brought me back to my childhood walking into the parks. Watching Disney through their eyes just made me fall in love with family vacations and Disney more then I ever have. Since then my son and husband have become Disney addicts with me, constantly asking when we are planning the next trip. The biggest bonus is my husband instantly becoming a Disney fan is his love and passion for Star Wars which has trickled down to our son!

My favorite Disney Vacation to date: Our first Disney trip for Alex’s 5th birthday, we took him to meet Mickey, we were nervous how he would react. As we expected he was so scared and didn’t want Daddy to put him down. The characters and cast members being amazing as they were had Alex on the ground in seconds stomping his feet with Mickey. I was a ball of emotions and so happy I was able to capture it all on video! This most recent trip we took in September 2019 was something special, it was just the 3 of us and Alex was at that perfect age to become a thrill junkie with his Mom and Dad. Every day we had a goal of mastering more steps then the last day…..Our average steps daily was over 30,000!
My favorite thing to do is plan vacations for my family and others, when I was given the opportunity to become an Independent Consultant I was thrilled! I am excited to book your next magical vacation and look forward sharing my experiences with you.
